The Network of Employment Exchanges renders basic Services to provide link between Job Seekers & Employers. In the modern job market scenario the services of Career Counseling & Vocational Guidance is crucial to the Job Seekers in the light of demands & available skills. |
The Employment Services was started in the year 1945 with the view of rehabilitation of ex - servicemen from the World War - 2. It has played an important role in the rehabilitation of displaced persons in the wake of Partition of our country. Later on, the service was opened for all job seekers.
